Instructions for Presenters
Details of the schedule including rooms and session chairs will be made available shortly.
Speakers of full papers will be given 20 minutes with an additional 10 minutes of questions. Those with short or WIP papers will have 10 minutes with an further 5 minutes of questions.
Please introduce yourself to your session chair who will be available in the room 10 minutes prior to the session a give you an opportunity to setup your presentation. Remember, the session chairs have to stick rigidly to the schedule so any time sent fixing issues or trying to find files during the session will be lost from your talk.
There will be a laptop with Microsoft Powerpoint and Adobe Acrobat Viewer installed. There will also be a VGA connection if people wish to use their own machine. Apple users will need to bring along their own VGA adaptor.
If there are any specific presentation requirements, such as audio, then please email prior to the conference.
There is no restriction on poster design or layout other than a maximum size of A1. You will need to print the poster and bring it along with you.
Poster presenters will be asked to give a quick 1 minute pitch to the conference delegates prior to the poster session. This is a chance for you to attract people to your poster during the poster session. If you wish you can use a digital presentation to assist your pitch but you can only use one slide and you only have one minute.
